The Index Simulator

This simulator is for advanced users who have an understanding of the indices and have reviewed their country's ranking in those indices. The Index Simulator allows you to imagine how a change in your country's performance in an index KPI would alter its overall ranking, and to select other countries for comparison.

Note: Users should interpret the results with caution. Composite indices may mask variations within individual indicators, and contextual factors unique to each country may impact the comparability and relevance of scores. Therefore, the Public Administration Index should be complemented with in-depth qualitative analysis to ensure a balanced understanding of a country's public administration performance.
